I don't see why it wouldn't be relevant, this is really excellent, no matter how quick and dirty! Feels like something that expands on what's going on in the image in a way that is natural. Also don't know what it is, but bats make really really good dominant feeders.

For me, it seems like more of an extension of why I like extreme weight gain and immobility and a sort of humiliation aspect with that. The idea is these characters keep eating and indulging or are just fed so much, that it reaches such an extreme point where they should stop but have become used to it. I personally don't like it to go too far though and prefer just life support equipment, heartburn and indigestion to more full-blown heart attacks, but I can see how people would like that.

For me personally, I fantasize about being the unhealthy fat blob. It's basically what the other guy said, where it's just this logical extreme of immense overindulgence and consequences. I really like this idea of just pushing through horrible outcomes (e.g., getting fat, getting publicly humiliated, having trouble walking, breathing, etc) in pursuit of this single-minded pleasure. It's freeing in a way.

I can totally see how you'd feel guilty if you don't insert as the fatso, though. Then you're just encouraging someone to do bad things, which I guess can be fun but has some obvious issues.
