three games and two mods that do it right come to mind at the moment.
the the first two are all furshit but:
>growing port lee
a farming game. grow crops, sell the crops, buy fatty food. also has fishing.
getting fatter gives a movement speed debuff and energy debuff (meaning less you can do every ingame day), but also means you can eat more to restore more energy. you can also gift favorite foods to town NPCs to fatten them up
the character creator does allow you to make a human, but all the town NPCs are still furries.
>spacethumper
made by the same guy, this time you are stranded on an uninhabited planet and your suit stores energy as fat, and you need energy to get off the planet.
being fatter only decreases movespeed, but since you will be moving a lot it does make a impact
>doughball descent
the designs arent really humans, but they arent furry either so its much more tolerable.
a dropper game, jumping will break the blocks below you. being fatter will break more blocks in a row while falling, being fatter also means you are wider so you break more blocks horizontally as well.
there is a free game jam version and premium remake, you can play the game jam version as a sort of free trial
>inb4 share it
i would, but its quite annoying with how often you guys beg.
as for the two mods, they are unfortunately for whats probably the worst games in their respective generas
>rimround
a weight gain mod for rimworld, a colony management sim that brands itself as a "story generator"
you can fatten colonists (refered to as pawns) by adjusting some diet sliders to either make them eat in abundance to gain weight or whenever their body runs out of nutrition to lose weight.
as pawns get fatter they move slower, work slower, get hungry faster, and get tired faster.
the mod does go up to hyperblob sizes, and even has a specific ending for planetary+ size if you are into that.
but the game is terribly balanced with lots of RNG bullshit, please just pirate rimworld if you want to play this mod
>starpounds
a mod for starbound, a worse version of terraria.
getting fatter decreases your general mobility to the point of immobility and also increases your hitbox, requiring bigger passageways.
but it really is just a worse version of terraria. the game wants you to both explore and basebuild. however this exploration takes place across an entire galaxy, the game is also narratively driven and tries to force you along a boring main questline.
