On the weight gain encouragement thread a few of us were talking about not being happy being big, or having these desires to gain, and wanting to overcome them somehow. Someone suggested creating a Discord as a sort of motivation/support group, so that's what I've done.

This is a group intended to help those not happy with being big and/or gaining. For those of you who are happy with it I don't mean any offense.

Feel free to share it around to anyone who you think it's relevant to.
Is it cool if we just post here too?
I don't really want to join a discord.

ot sure if anyone is out there, but I was thinking it'd be a good idea to float the idea of "harm reduction", which is usually used in the public health field
it's basically the idea of using small steps to slowly improve behaviors rather than "going cold turkey"
EX: "I don't want to stop shooting heroin, but I want to do it more safely, by not sharing needles."
I'm trying to take a harm reduction approach to stuffing/weightgain and even to try and lose weight.
"I'm going to stuff myself tonight, but it'll be a lower-calorie stuffing than I usually eat."
maybe this'll get some discussion going
