Buying a suv for a ssbbw Anonymous 03/22/2019 (Fri) 13:57:41 Id:7994d5 No. 7033 [Last 50 Posts]
My wife is a ssbbw. 400lb pear with a huge double belly. We are looking for a newer suv. I was wondering if there were any recommendations you guys can thinks. I'm thinking of more of a mid-size/compact suv for cheaper. For example, Chevy equinox, ford escape, etc. Thanks guy! (Pic, differently not of my gal)
Is that your wife in the picture?? She looks a lot bigger than 400 lbs.

see fat hog, much big.
With an SUV she would need to step up into it like a truck. And with a regular car she would have to crouch down or bend over into it.

My friends tend to prefer minivans since they are easier to step into without stepping up too high or bending too far down.

One friend who is particularly pear-shaped has been driving her Chevy HHR for years. Apparently it has no center armrest/storage, so that leaves more room for her wide hips.

Not for smaller SUVs like the RAV4, CR-V, Santa Fe, etc. You pretty much just step into them.

Old school big SUVs like a Ford Explorer yeah you're stepping up of course.
Chevy Equinox works great for a friend of ours and she is pear shaped and around 400. We have a Nissan Rogue and my wife is very belly heavy and 340 lbs
Minivans are better and more convenient in every way. It's not like the extra ride height will help you in any way either.
My gf is 150 kg and she has no problem fitting into our Hyundai Trajet.
Our previous car was a Chevy Tahoe and while it fit her well, she hated entering/exiting it and also did not like that the boot was so high up, which made loading groceries hard.
When we were looking for a new car we looked at many cars, and a minivan was perfect because a sedan/wagon would be too low, and suv too tall.

Holy crap! If you're in SC or WNC. I would like to come over and watch you give your wife a good fucking. I'll sit in the corner, be quite, and jerk off.

Can't you read dude? You absolute knob
>>7081
Hahaha why you don’t have a gf of your own, I have no idea
>>7043
Yeah, I'm considering her comfort level. They do have the room for her hips and belly and those thighs of her. We did some test driving. These sub-compact suvs are nice and lower she has ease of access. Trying to get out is the only problem she is having. We just want something sleek and able to handle backroads. I should had added that we live in a Rural area.

Yeah, we enjoyed the Equinox and the Rav4 while test driving. She is just having trouble getting out, getting in, having room, and driving has been positives for her.

That'll be a hard pass partner.

Also, height adjusting seats are a godsend. You should look for them, sadly our car doesn't have it.
While I don't know how the conditions are in your area, paying extra for all-wheel drive is often a waste of money unless you will frequently drive in steep hills or roads that are in really, really bad condition. Same if it snows a lot.
Myself I lived previously in a city with those conditions and a big AWD SUV was a godsend then, but now I live in a remote, but relatively flat rural area where a FWD minivan is perfectly fine. My only complaint is not powerful enough motor for highway driving, but that's just because it's an old, cheap car.

You may also wish to check out the Ford Edge.
well kinda envy you ... dam man.
Vhat about Hyundai H-1 or good old bluecolar tools like Traffic ( Renault ) they are in minibus configuration too. Ve haw some of them in our company and thous car can take serius beating and thous Diesels are actually solid engines, dont believe in that bullshit Brusel propaganda. And of coarse Mercedes is safe bet ... vans like Vito, our manager is big guy 300l and tall and he using like personal fun vehicle ( tipical manager ) to his boat trip ( from CZ to Croatia 2000km ) Still 400lbs ... such magnificent women, may I ask question ( you dont haw to replay it ) How she become this awesome massive human ? mi wife doing it form me ( so she claims ) and "it" actually fits her lazy foodie agenda but she is ... 200 lbs strict limit :(
Well, after test driving a few suvs and minivans. We decided on the equinox. She loved driving it, she felt comfortable in getting in there was a ton of room. Those her right hip presses against the center console, it wasn't hurting her. She said getting out will take some practice.

I think didn't of commercial vans like that. Maybe if she ends up gaining another 200lbs. To answer your question, I got with my wife when she was at 190lbs and very active but that was 8 years ago. She is a foodie and I more or less encourage her eating. Hell, I have to make two dinners for her some nights. So, if your wife is gaining it may take time. It's not like the stories.

Also, the picture isn't her that I used to post this thread. I won't post a pic of her out of privacy and the public nature of her work.

:) LoL no I didnt mean it like shall be put in back sites like "pigi" thous cars haw plenty of room for driver. Some even don't haw middle front seat, just buy belt eftander and she is free to go :) Well .. I hope she can use safety belts. Well, safe driving to you and your large lady
