Weight Gain General - /WG/ Anonymous 07/12/2019 (Fri) 00:04:42 Id:7c9895 No. 8260
Have you, a friend, of significance wanted to gain weight?

A lot or a small amount?
Well, there aren't too many definitive answers online about this as it's babyfat usually.

You are on bbwchan for a reason anyways.
This thread is being created in hope to finding and answering a lot of questions, creating a good strategy for gains, and etc.
Advice to minmax subcutaneous fat? I'm trying to become obese in the healthiest way possible. So far what I'm trying to do is taking B3 supplements, and getting most of my excess calories from whole grains/unsaturated fat. I'm avoiding sugar and processed food, trying to spread calories throughout the day in frequent small meals and exercising for half an hour every day. If anyone knows of any good techniques to reduce belly fat, please share. I'm considering taking LDL lowering medication, but not sure about how dangerous it is

Foods with Soluble fiber and phytosterols work as well. You can also use uncooked Olive Oil (Cooking it makes it a trans-fat)

literally just cardio. out-eat a healthy exercise habit and you wont just look pregnant

Agree with what's been said, the human body will first shed visceral fat as it's more immediate energy. A huge plus for all of us really! Just keep increasing the volume of food you consume against how much you burn. You can also fuck your metabolism by eating a big dinner right before bed and then skipping breakfast. Get used to two meals later on in the day and you'll really start packing it away.

Related to OP and also the above, I had a friend who was chubby in college but since lost a ton of weight due to a medication she was put on. Literally about 100 pounds in a year. She's always been really cool about my preference and finally she came to me for advice on how to gain weight. Granted she's now on a lower dose of the medication which helped a lot but she's almost to her goal which is higher than she was ever before. I recommended the same practice, works well

As >>8899 said, keep exercising and avoid high amounts of sugar (like drinking a whole 2 liter for instance). >>8724 is wrong about olive oil becoming a trans fat when cooked- they're probably thinking of the cooking begins to burn the oil and creates a lot of free radicals.

I had a friend who had a similar issue from bipolar meds. Wacky fucker's a wrestler now.
