For the upscaling Video2x totally free in the Microsoft Store and for the interpolation i've used Flowframes. I don't touch any settings, it's very simple

At some point someone will figure it out how to feed AI images with different resolutions and with no need for prompts and that will already do wonders. Include advancements in generation quality and in 10 years probably even least tech savy people here will be able to generate new works in his style. Before that I'd hope for some context aware upscalers so that we can imrpove all those shittiest vids in like 240p.

So i played a bit around with a other video2x upscaler (https://github.com/k4yt3x/video2x), here i use "waiffuCoffee" (because i have a nvidia graphic card) with the photo model under the setting (the programm is more made for upscaling of drawn/anime content, gave me so far the best result). https://mab.to/t/ELjbwpsVJCu
